After joining her friend’s Yoga studio a few years ago, Cheryl began to explore her interest in Yoga. Her interest and practice grew further when she joined a gym and began attending the Hatha Yoga classes offered. Through incorporating the practice of Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation into her life, Cheryl knew this was the lifestyle she wanted to lead and eventually teach other people.
In 2012/2013, Cheryl decided to take the plunge and take the Teacher Training Program offered through Kindred Spirit Yoga. During this time, Cheryl experienced a personal journey in addition to expanding her knowledge in Hatha yoga. Cheryl enjoyed the time spent with her fellow students and was inspired by her teachers. She respected and appreciated the valuable knowledge gained from her teachers. Cheryl continues to attend workshops and courses in order to continue to expand her knowledge, practice and teaching.
Cheryl would like to help her students by creating a positive, relaxing environment for their classes.
A slower flow, along with the use of props is practiced in order to allow her students the opportunity
to get into an asana, breathe, and explore the sensations of the different muscles and energy systems.

them to lead a more energetic, relaxed, balanced, and healthy lifestyle.
